D.C.N. offers plans to enjoy advanced and extended features on the site www.colorfun.art.

3. Ordering and subscription conditions

Purchase procedure: Subscription is done directly on the site via a secure payment through Stripe.

Account creation: Creating an account is mandatory to benefit from subscriber services.

Order validation: The validation of the plan is effective once the payment is made.

Types of plans: Two types of plans are offered, each available in monthly and annual versions:

4. Pricing and payment terms

The prices indicated are selling prices (all taxes included).

Legal Notice and Terms of Use

Please note that prices may vary depending on the user's currency, according to the conversion rate applied by the payment system.

Accepted payment methods: Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Billing frequency: Monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan

Applicable taxes:

• France: Application of VAT at 20%, for both taxable and non-taxable clients.
• EU member state (excluding France): Application of the VAT of the user's country.
• Rest of the world: Clients located outside the EU will be charged the selling price with 0% VAT.

5. Automatic renewal of plans

Plans automatically renew on the chosen due date (monthly or annually). If the user wishes to prevent this renewal, they can cancel their plan at any time before this due date; the cancellation will take effect on the next due date without automatic renewal.

6. Termination and withdrawal conditions

Right of withdrawal: The client has 14 days to withdraw without justification after the first subscription to a plan. A full refund will be made to the card used for payment.

After the 14-day period, no right of withdrawal can be exercised, due to the digital nature of the services provided.

Termination conditions: After the 14-day period, cancellation of the plan is possible at any time, but without refund. The plan will end at the next billing due date.

7. Refund policy

A full refund is offered within 14 days following the first payment due date of the plan. The refund will be made to the card used for the purchase.

8. Service usage policy

The services provided by D.C.N. must be used responsibly. Any abusive use, including attempts to hack, unauthorized sharing, or fraudulent use, is strictly prohibited. D.C.N. reserves the right to immediately suspend any account in case of non-compliance with this policy.

9. Account suspension

In case of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, particularly in cases of abuse or fraud, D.C.N. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without notice. In this case, no refund will be granted.

10. Liability and guarantees

D.C.N. is committed to making every effort to ensure the accessibility of its services. However, D.C.N. cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to causes beyond its control.

In case of total unavailability of the site exceeding 24 consecutive hours, the client may request an extension of their plan equivalent to double the observed downtime.

11. Technical support

Each plan includes priority technical support via email. Clients can contact support if needed and will be assisted quickly based on their plan.

12. Personal data and confidentiality

The personal data collected is used for order processing, plan management, and payment. D.C.N. guarantees the security of the data and the respect of confidentiality, in accordance with its privacy policy.

13. Intellectual property

From the PLUS plan onwards, the stories created with the custom story creation tool are licensed under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0. This means that the client is allowed to share, distribute, and adapt the works, including for commercial purposes, provided that the site www.colorfun.art is mentioned as the source.

14. Update of the GTC

D.C.N. reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes by email or via a notification on the site.

15. Dispute resolution

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, French courts will have jurisdiction.
